I am a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Holistic Esthetician, Reiki Practitioner, and Embodiment & Conscious Awakening coach, dedicated to guiding others on their path to holistic well-being. My personal healing journey began in 2020 with a profound kundalini awakening, activated by the Twin Flame phenomenon.

I started my journey with Reiki training which opened my heart and revealed the interconnectedness of energy, mind, emotions, and body. My own battle with illness and pain led me to explore the mind-body connection (TMS by Dr. John E. Sarno), trauma healing, nervous system regulation, meditation (work of Dr. Joe Dispenza), somatic exercises, positive affirmations, brain retraining, Emotion Code/Body Code, and the vital role of physical health in achieving wholeness. I healed from extreme anxiety, depersonalization, agoraphobia, CFS, POTS, food intolerance, MCAS, digestive issues, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and more! I understand the complexities of healing and the transformative power of self-awareness, surrender, radical self acceptance, love, and compassion.

I felt called to go to massage therapy school and graduated from Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, CO in 2024. In the spring of 2025 I became certified in Manual Lymph Drainage, Vodder Technique, from KLOSE training. As a massage therapist, I incorporate a hands-on, integrative approach to healing, using therapeutic touch to release tension and deepen clients connections to their bodies. My certification for esthetics is from Hair Dynamics in Fort Collins, CO 2012. I’m excited to incorporate holistic skin care services in combination with massage and Reiki using organic and eco-friendly skin lines.

I believe in a top-down approach to healing beginning with spiritual truth, mental understanding and education, emotional regulation, and consistent practices that promote physical healing. I am passionate about supporting others in awakening to their inner truth, guiding them to connect with Source and rediscover the boundless love that resides within us all. My intention is to hold space for deep healing, self-empowerment, and a return to UNITY, where love is the essence of all that is.
